First archive every uploaded photo. Then choose and order the photos the customer can view on the invoice.

Use your camera, device, or a Google Photos selection. Invoice copies are resized to a maximum width of 1280px and saved as JPEG at 90% quality; uploaded originals are retained privately.

Every uploaded job photo must be verified in the private Drive archive before any customer photos are attached to Xero.

Choose invoice photos

Select the customer-facing photos. Use the up and down arrows to set their invoice order.
Xero email setting: When sending the invoice in Xero, “Include files as attachments” is a separate checkbox.
