Your photo records
This private app helps the owner prepare job photos for an existing Xero invoice. It accesses only the photos you select or upload.
Where your photos go
Selected files are received on the private server. The complete selected job set is copied to the connected private Google Drive folder. Only the customer photos you choose are attached to the selected Xero draft. The app checks file copies before reporting success.
“Include photos with invoice” starts selected. This makes the chosen attachments available on the online Xero invoice. Check the separate attachment selection when sending an email from Xero.
Your Google Photos library
The app does not scan, archive, move or delete your existing Google Photos library. After verifying the Drive archive, you can select those work photos in Google Photos and choose More → Archive to hide them from the main feed. They remain searchable and still use storage.
Google’s photo download omits GPS location metadata. Device uploads retain the received source bytes. Resized copies are separate from those source files.
Access and deletion
Job photos, previews and upload records require owner sign-in. Drive folders are private. Photos are not used for advertising or AI training. This app does not approve or send invoices.
You can remove unarchived app copies using Remove. Archived records are retained; open their Drive folder to manage those copies. To remove retained server copies and receipts, use the system administrator’s controlled cleanup process. Drive, server, Google Photos and Xero copies are separate: deleting one does not automatically delete the others.
You can revoke the app’s Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future access; it does not delete files already saved in Drive or Xero. No automatic retention purge is enabled.
Use of information received from Google Photos APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Selected media is used only for these visible job-record and invoice-photo features.
